ABOUT OUR LAW FIRM

Committed to providing affordable and quality legal work by putting the needs of our clients first

Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd., a professional legal corporation, provides the highest quality legal service as evidenced by its 52 years of longevity, and over 59 municipal, school, township, park, and other governmental clients. We offer all (and more) of the legal services provided by downtown firms, while maintaining our principal office in Evergreen Park. This allows for very low overhead, which translates into reasonable hourly rates.

The firm concentrates the majority of its practice in the representation of local governments and school districts and is a definite “one-stop-shop.” We provide all the necessary services to our clients, including all financial and bond work; economic development; litigation in all courts and administrative agencies (Illinois Labor Relations Board); experienced expert negotiation and related labor skills, including grievances and unfair labor practice matters; general municipal, school, township, and park district representation; election law matters, new legislation, and case law updates.

We pride ourselves in practicing preventive law. Always accessible, we believe in advising our clients – as vital decisions are being made – to protect them from potential liability and costly lawsuits. Through strong working relationships and devoted attorneys and staff, OMFM, Ltd. continues to save its clients hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in unnecessary costs and fees.
