The new Chief of Police of Calumet City, Christopher Fletcher, was featured in the “New Chiefs” section of the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police magazine. Chief Fletcher is a 29-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. Mayor Michelle Qualkinbush selected Chief Fletcher after a search was conducted by Hillard Heintze.
